Sufficiency
Sufficiency begins with a question consumer culture rarely encourages us to ask: when is there enough? It is about recognising what truly supports a good life and when more stops adding value, rather than scarcity or self-denial.
At home, sufficiency can mean using what we own, choosing things with care, repairing what breaks and letting a room breathe. It can also mean discovering other kinds of abundance: enough time, rest, beauty, creativity, companionship and room to live without consumption taking over.
HomeBeing sees sufficiency as a creative possibility. What if answering the question ‘What is enough?’ could help us create a life that asks less of ourselves and the world, and takes better care of life?
